I feel like next semester is a bit of time of waiting. I do not feel that my plans for next semester are what I will be doing for the rest of my life, but they are what I’m supposed to be doing next semester. In the midst of serving with the BCM leader and subbing, I will be waiting on direction from God. As John Waller says, I will worship while I wait. I will serve while I wait. I will keep running the race while I wait. I am waiting on direction, but that does not mean I stop moving and searching. I’m going to use this time to rest and get refreshed and closer to God.

Let all that I am wait quietly before God,
for my hope is in him.
He alone is my rock and my salvation,
my fortress where I will not be shaken.
My victory and honor come from God alone.
He is my refuge, a rock where no enemy can reach me.
O my people, trust in him at all times.
Pour out your heart to him,
    for God is our refuge.

Psalm 62:5-8

For now I wait. I’m not sure what exactly I’m waiting for, but I’m waiting.
